In our Stop Smoking Sessions we use the most powerful techniques available to give you the very best chance to quit.
There is no a cookie-cutter/one-size-fits-all approach that relies on one technique. We use a package of techniques, each individually proven to be effective. Anyone of these techniques could, on it’s own, be 100% effective — however one can never tell which approach will “click” with a client therefore our therapists use several techniques in a powerful combination.
Typically lasting 90 to 120 minutes these sessions involve in depth review of habits and motivations - and utilise various methods to deconstruct and "collapse" the habit. This session includes working deeply with the subconscious in hypnosis, giving you the skills, belief structure and inspiration to stop smoking immediately.
You will be trained in self-hypnosis and stress management techniques to ensure you have the skills to remain a non-smoker. In addition you'll receive support materials including suggestions on how to deal with cravings and challenging situations as well as two special self-hypnosis CDs. Finally a booster session is available if required.
The whole experience is educational, inspirational (as you develop a deep belief in the power of your own mind), and pleasantly relaxing.
